Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium composite mini and plunge pools — one-piece fibreglass shells from a compact plunge pool to a premium pool with swim and massage jets — with the filtration units, heater/chillers, underwater lighting, steps, gelcoat repair, water-test and water-care kits to run and maintain them. The engineered base, the rigid delivery, the child supervision and the electrical safety needs are stated on each listing.

Water safety, the base & electrics

Water is dangerous for children — this comes first. Never leave a child unattended in or near a pool; keep constant adult supervision and secure the pool with a cover, fencing or an alarm as your local rules require. A composite mini or plunge pool is a rigid shell that, full of water, is very heavy and must stand on a proper engineered base; a partly or fully in-ground installation needs correct excavation, bedding and backfill by a competent installer, or the shell can crack or move. Delivery of a rigid pool needs clear access and often a crane. An electric pump, heater, chiller or light runs through an RCD and is connected per the instructions, with fixed wiring by a qualified electrician. Handle pool chemicals safely and never mix them. A fixed pool and its fencing can need building or planning permission — check first. This is a leisure pool, not a medical or therapeutic device, and we make no health claims. CE marked where applicable.
