We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Pools and equipment

Composite pool shells are large, rigid and heavy and are delivered on a dedicated vehicle needing clear access and usually a crane or lifting gear — plan the route and the lift. Equipment and care kits ship by parcel or pallet. Set the shell on a fully engineered base, or install in-ground with correct excavation, bedding and backfill by a competent installer; run the pump, heater and lights through an RCD with fixed wiring by a qualified electrician. Secure the pool and never leave children unsupervised near it.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
